Literacy Webcasts
Nationally and internationally recognized literacy expert Faye Brownlie delivered her presentation "Literacy in the Middle Years" at a live, interactive webcast on October 7, 2004.
Close to 500 teachers at 11 sites across B.C. participated in the webcast hosted by the Ministry of Education and School District 43, Coquitlam.

Numeracy Webcasts
Dr. Heather Kelleher, noted mathematics educator and researcher, led two interactive webcasts demonstrating the use of the K-1 mathematics screening resources on January 13 and February 22, 2005.
Close to 500 teachers at 14 sites in school districts across B.C. participated in the webcasts hosted by the Ministry of Education and School District 62, Sooke.
